P10 flexible LED screen gets approval of EMC test (EN55022-Class-A).

P10mm LED scroll, 2nd Gen rubber flexible led screen, gets EMC (European Electromagnetic Compatibility) approval with standard of EN55022-Class-A by DesignLED Technology Company Limited based in Shenzhen in July, 2011.

3.2 With the contrast Ration is 6000:1 , image layer clear to overcome the brightness of effects from outside .
Louver of LED modules is processing with matt treatments to enhance contrast ratio of screen as well as the design of through on the surface to blur the seam between modules.
3.3 With 281.5 trillion colors to fully meet all kinds of advanced video sources to display vivid color .
3.4 By using drive board grayscale control and 65536(16bit) gray correction technology , integrated the non-linear correction into the drive IC, greatly improving data transmission rate as well as system stability. The non-linear correction way drives LEDs to meet the non-linear demands of human’s eyes to present vivid and stable image.
3.5 A single gigabit transmission and board-level gray-scale processing technology to improve he data transmission rate .1/8 scan screens’ refresh rate could be 2400Hz to eliminate the flickering and eye fatigue so as to meet the needs of digital photography equipment ultimately.
Low refresh rate results in scan lines on the screens .

Before improvement, led screen with low refresh rate have black scan lines invisible by eyes.
After improvement, led screen with high refresh rate has no lines.
3.6 Constant current drive to ensure the stability and reliability as well as extend the lifespan of LEDs and make sure the consistency of brightness .
3.7 With technology of redundancy to achieve scan controller two-way data transmission, It will not affect the screen performance if one of controller is broken or connection failed .
3.8 With industrial switching power supply derating 20% utlity. By advanced power managing technology with over-current, over-voltage, over-heating , and short circuit protection , the whole screen is with very low heat to work stably in long-term .
3.9 System technology standard resolution is 1280x1024 , but it is customized all kinds of high resolution led screens .

Flexible LED NanoLumens appears at London Bike Show



Standby were the first to use NanoLumens flexible LED screen, showcasing the action at The London Bike Show 2011UK - Exhibition production company Standby were the first to use NanoLumens flexible LED screen, showcasing the action in the Skoda Bike Arena at The London Bike Show 2011. The eye catching lightweight display was hung on truss above the live action from stunt performers in the Skoda Bike Arena, relaying sponsor videos, associated footage and company logos to promote the arena throughout Excel to the visiting crowds.
Dave Cooper of Standby explained: "We are the first production company to use the NanoLumens display since it was brought to the UK in January. It is a 112" display with all the picture quality and brightness of LED, but its lightweight and easy to install properties means it could be hung above the arena with very little infrastructure. Our clients were able to show full motion footage on this incredible large display with the minimum of fuss."
The Skoda Bike Arena was hosted by The Clan, a group of Scots wowing the crowds with cycle stunt shows. The team, who represent the most talented Scottish riders from trials, BMX and mountain biking showcased their skills, doing regular displays throughout the show, with bikes and riders flying through the air, performing near-impossible feats of balance and nerve.
Standby also created a diverse range of feature areas throughout this show and sister shows the Outdoors Show and London Boat Show 2011. The crew was kept busy with around half a dozen small seminar stages and larger features such as the British Bouldering Championships and the unique Skymasters suspended climbing wall.
The Outdoors Show also required a substantial "Heroes Theatre" in the Platinum Suite at ExCeL, playing host to some legendary speakers such as Sir Rannolph Fiennes and Sir Robin Knox-Johnston. Meanwhile, the London Boat Show hosted the spectacular Watersports Arena, a combination of live-action shows and have-a-go watersports taster sessions for visitors. Standby provided a complete technical package including full water-quality management and installation of the nearly 2 million litre capacity pool.
Nanolumens is a display technology innovator that has designed and manufactured a flexible digital LED display that can be curved in all four directions, flexed around walls and wrapped around columns with a 48" bend radius. The screen is lightweight and thin, which means it can be hung simply from ceilings, with very little infrastructure. Incredibly, they can be used in locations where large, heavy and fragile flat panelled displays are impractical to install or use.
