Receiption of Client visiting

It is very good to be busy ,which makes life colorful.

It's been heard from a client that they will come to SZ for a visiting vendors . It is a good news for us because designLED is one of their visiting. When I heard the news , I was excited and worried as well because I began to think how to arrange/organize their visiting . 

Firstly , to know their culture is very important. Culture includes many things for example , food which they do not eat, topics which they do not like to talk, characters of clients etc . It is good to talk with them about football, basketball,music ,or their family because they are willing to share it with others.

Secondly, to help client book hotels . It has to make sure rooms are successfully booked . Furthermore , it is better to know smoke-room and non smoke-room, because possibly some of them are not smoking . 

Thirdly, to be on time. That day I went to hotel for picking up clients at 8:45am around (Earlier is better than late).

Fourthly, to be honest .It is heard that our product is very impressed because they checked a few of similar products but they thought our product is better than others . 

Fifthly, to advice client early about the whole arrangements, and make all agenda clear and send it to them .Because schedule of client is very tight and they hope to discuss all the subject very professionally .Give a complete introduction of company as many as possible. Predict all questions and answers from clients when in the meeting .

To summary these points for future working . 

To prepare for all details as many as possible.
